Refund policy

Returns

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Sweetwater Yarns. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or replacement order. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. This will be determined on a case by case basis. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same resellable condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The only exception to this is an item damaged in shipping to you.

NOTE: Skeins of yarn may not be wound into a ball or appear to have been used. This includes skeins that you have requested to be wound into a ball prior to shipping, they are not eligible for a return.

You are responsible for shipping costs for the return of the product. Shipping costs, from you or to you, are non-refundable. The only exception will be if the return is due to an error that I made on your order.

If you desire to return an item, please first email me at sweetwateryarns@gmail.com. Please include your name, the date of purchase, order number, description of item being returned and detailed reason for the return. You may be asked to send a photo of the product you are requesting a return for. Also include if you wish a refund, store credit, or replacement order. I will then confirm your return approval and provide/verify the address to send the item.

Once the returned item has been received, and its condition has been verified (resellable condition or damaged as per return request), your manner of refund request will be processed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. There may be an exception if the items were damaged during delivery. Please reach out to me via email if this occurs.
