Shipping policy

My goal is to get your order on its way to you as quickly as possible. My processing time is 24 to 48 hours from when your order is placed and payment has been received.

Orders placed on holidays, Saturday or Sunday,  will be processed the following business day. 

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the items ordered along with the weight of the shipping package. Each item, and the shipping packages, have been individually weighed to ensure accuracy. 

Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number. I only ship via USPS. 

I am unable to control transit times once your package has been turned over to USPS. If you feel there is a delay that may mean your package was lost, please contact me at Sweetwateryarns@gmail.com. I want you to be completely happy with your products and shopping experience and will see what I can do to track your package. If your order appears to be lost I will happily work with you to send a replacement order, offer a refund if the items are no longer available, or offer another comparable item.

Update April 2023: There are shipping delays from all carriers. I am using only USPS and getting your orders out as quickly as possible. Please be aware of the potential for a delay. Additionally, USPS has raised their postage rates, however I do get a small discount on all shipping rates via my website service provider.
